2. Website security
This website is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL/TLS certificate. We keep server-side software and dependencies up to date and apply security patches promptly when made available by our hosting provider.
3. Client account access
Where we are granted access to client advertising, analytics or CRM accounts, access is limited to the individuals directly working on that account, using the principle of least privilege. Access is revoked promptly at the end of an engagement upon client request.
4. Data handling
Personal and client data is stored using reputable, access-controlled platforms. We do not store payment card details on our own systems; payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party providers.
5. Incident response
